Can you save the count before he goes down?

"THECOUNTISGOINGDOWN" is a 2D puzzle shooter game where you have to rescue the count after he was kidnapped by the Turle (turtle without the t) organization. Your bullets are limited, and they will count down as you shoot. Aim carefully.
